Netanyahu's remarks were made during a controversial ceremony in the settlement of Kfar Etzion to mark 50 years anniversary of the settlements, which are located on lands seized by Israel in the 1967 Middle East war.

"There will be no more uprooting of settlements in the Land of Israel," he told the audience, which was composed of right-wing settlers as well as cabinet ministers.

The international community has repeatedly warned Israel that the settlements are a major hurdle for peace as they are located on lands where the Palestinians wish to build their future state.

He withdrew his support for Palestinian statehood during his re-election campaign in 2015, in a last-minute attempt to draw more votes. He backtracked on this statement after winning the elections.

WUHAN, Sept. 28 (Xinhua) -- A Sino-French industrial park in central China's Hubei Province has offered cash incentives to top French companies to set up research and development (R&D) centers there.

The Wuhan Ecological Demonstration City said R&D centers established by French firms on the Fortune 500 list or industry leaders can receive up to 5 million yuan (754,300 U.S. dollars) annually for three years.

A rights group has called for targeted sanctions and an arms embargo against the Myanmar military in response to an offensive that has sent 410,000 Rohingya Muslims fleeing to Bangladesh to escape what the United Nations has branded ethnic cleansing.

The latest spasm of violence in western Myanmar's Rakhine State began on August 25, when Rohingya insurgents attacked police posts and an army camp Off-White X Nike Vapormax Negras Blancas Baratas , killing about 12 people.

Rights monitors and fleeing Rohingya say Myanmar security forces and Rakhine Buddhist vigilantes responded with what they describe as a campaign of violence and arson aimed at driving out the Muslim population.
